Placement fee terms

1. What you pay for

The placement fee is a success fee. You owe it only when you hire a candidate GermanyTalent introduced to you through the intro-request flow. Browsing the pool, requesting an introduction, and interviewing cost nothing. There is no monthly fee and no minimum commitment on the placement lane.

2. The fee: €2,990 flat

The fee is €2,990per hire, the same amount regardless of the candidate's seniority or salary. It becomes due when the candidate accepts your written offer. We invoice at offer acceptance with 14 days net payment terms.

A hire counts as attributable to GermanyTalent when the candidate was first introduced to you through our intro-request flow within the 12 months before the offer.

3. Retention guarantee: 50% refund

If the candidate leaves, or you end the employment, within 3 months of their start date, we refund 50% of the fee. The refund window runs from the confirmed first day of work. To claim it, tell us the leaving date within 14 days of the departure.

4. When you accept these terms

You accept these terms at the point you request an introduction to a specific candidate. Requesting the introduction records your agreement to the fee for that candidate. You do not pay to request an introduction; the fee only applies if that introduction leads to a hire as described above.

GermanyTalent introduces candidates and provides general information about German work visas. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or immigration representation. Visa decisions are made by German missions abroad and immigration authorities.
