Yes. We charge employers a placement fee on successful hire. Candidates pay nothing.
Do I need to have completed the eligibility check?
No. You can submit a profile directly. If you have done the check, we pre-fill your visa status so employers see you are Blue Card or Chancenkarte eligible.
What happens to my data?
Your profile is visible only to us. We share your details with an employer only when we believe there is a genuine match. We do not sell data or send your profile to mass job boards.
What if I already have a job offer?
Use the lawyer referral service on your dashboard. That is the faster route for people with an offer in hand.
How long does it take to get matched?
We aim to reach out within 5 business days. Software engineering and data profiles are typically the fastest.
