What does the free preview include?
You can browse anonymized candidate profiles — role, seniority, skills, visa status, and country — plus see aggregate pool stats. Contact details, CVs, and LinkedIn profiles are locked until you upgrade. It is designed to show you what is in the pool before you commit.
What is the difference between Search and Placement?
Search (€249/mo) gives you direct access to the full candidate pool: you find candidates, contact them, and run your own process. Placement is fully managed: we source, screen, and introduce candidates, handle scheduling, and connect you with an immigration lawyer. You pay 20% of the first-year salary only after a contract is signed — zero cost if no hire is made.
How do you verify Blue Card eligibility?
Candidates complete a structured wizard that checks salary thresholds under § 18g AufenthG, degree type and recognition status (anabin H+/H-), and shortage occupation classification (ISCO-08 group 25). The result is attached to every profile.
What countries do your candidates come from?
India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Ghana, Morocco, Tunisia, Bangladesh, Ukraine, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and more. Most are applying from abroad; some are in Germany on a different visa and switching.
Do I need to handle the visa paperwork?
We can connect you with vetted immigration lawyers. The employer's obligation for the Blue Card is minimal: provide an employment contract at the correct salary. The candidate handles the consulate appointment.
How long from brief to first interview?
We aim to send initial profiles within 48 hours. Software engineering and data profiles are typically the fastest. SAP and Java roles may take longer depending on pool availability. We will tell you honestly if we do not have a match.
